Terms of Use

1. User Content Rights

By uploading, sharing, or otherwise submitting content to AI Graveyard ("Content"), you represent and warrant that:

You own the Content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use the Content
You have the legal authority to grant the rights described in this Agreement
The Content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
The Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

2. License Grant to Platform

Upon uploading or sharing Content with AI Graveyard, you immediately grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:

Use, copy, modify, and reproduce the Content
Display, distribute, and publicly perform the Content
Create derivative works from the Content
Monetize, commercialize, and profit from the Content in any manner we see fit
Use the Content across all formats, platforms, and media throughout the universe

This license is unencumbered and requires no additional compensation or attribution to you or any third party. We retain all ownership rights to the Content and any derivatives created from it.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the Content you upload or share. You assume full liability for:

Any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your Content
Infringement of third-party rights
Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful

AI Graveyard assumes no responsibility for Content accuracy, legality, or third-party claims related to user-submitted materials.

4. Age Requirements

AI Graveyard users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if between 13-17. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts. You certify that you meet these age requirements by using the platform.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, or create Content that violates federal or state laws. Prohibited Content includes but is not limited to:

Sexual and Exploitative Content:

Sexually explicit material, pornography, or obscene content (18 USC §1460)
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content sexualizing minors
Non-consensual intimate images or "deepfake" sexual content
Content promoting sex trafficking or sexual exploitation

Illegal Activity:

Content promoting, facilitating, or instructing illegal activities
Drug manufacturing, distribution, or use
Sale of regulated items (weapons, explosives, controlled substances)
Fraud, phishing, identity theft, or financial crimes

Harmful Content:

Content promoting or glorifying violence, self-harm, or suicide
Threats, harassment, stalking, or doxxing
Hate speech targeting individuals or groups by race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism

Intellectual Property and Rights Violations:

Content infringing copyrights, trademarks, or patents
Impersonation of individuals or entities
Violation of third-party privacy or publicity rights

Technical and Platform Abuse:

Malware, viruses, spyware, or malicious code
Spam, automated content, or bot-generated submissions
Attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform functionality

6. Enforcement and Content Moderation

We monitor Content for violations of this Agreement. We reserve the right to remove Content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal material without prior notice. We may use automated detection tools to identify prohibited Content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account or remove Content at any time, with or without cause. Termination does not affect our rights to continue using Content you have already uploaded.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Graveyard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the platform or Content you upload.

By using AI Graveyard, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
